A Brand-New Fence Company. Zero Online Presence. Here's How We Changed That.
We built a complete digital growth platform from the ground up, moving from a literal blank slate to a 36-page SEO powerhouse in under 6 months.
A New Business Entering a Market Where Competitors Had Years of a Head Start.
Premium Fence & Gate came to me as a newly launched business starting completely fresh with zero digital footprint. The challenge went beyond building a standard website, as it required entering a highly established Philadelphia market where competitors already had years of search authority and reviews.
To compete and attract customers from day one, the entire platform had to be strategically planned and built with a scalable local SEO foundation from the very first page.
No Website
No website or online presence to capture digital traffic.
No Local SEO
No local SEO foundation to place listings in front of target buyers.
No Service Page Structure
Lack of structured service pages explaining installation and repair specs.
No Location Pages
No location-targeted landing pages to target specific counties.
No Lead Capture
No automated system to capture leads or quote requests.
No Analytics
No analytics, conversions tracking, or GSC indexing in place.
No Content Architecture
No semantic topic hubs or structured linking paths between pages.
Established Competitors
Competing directly against well-established local businesses with years of domain authority.
Before Any Design Work Began, We Spent Time Understanding the Market.
Launching a website without research is guesswork. Before a single page was designed or a single word was written, we took time to understand the competitive landscape, the search behavior of local customers, and what the site needed to accomplish to be genuinely useful in this market.
Market Benchmarking
Reviewed the websites of top-ranking fence companies in Pennsylvania to understand how they were structured, which pages they had built out, and where there were opportunities a new entrant could realistically target.
Search Mapping
Used Ahrefs, SEMrush, Mangools, and Moz to identify what potential customers across Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester Counties were actually searching for, mapping those terms to specific pages on the site.
Demand Analysis
Looked at which service and county combinations competitors were targeting well and which they were not. That analysis directly shaped which pages got built and how they were structured.
Conversion Pathways
Studied how established local service websites were turning visitors into inquiries, examining where they placed contact forms, how they used calls to action, and what made their contact pathways easy to use.
Semantic Architecture
Before writing any content, we mapped out how all pages would connect to each other. This internal structure helps search engines understand the site as a whole, not just as a collection of individual pages.
Funnel Setup
Planned where and how potential customers would be guided toward making contact throughout the site, ensuring the lead capture system would work across all pages, not just the contact page.
36 Pages, Each with a Specific Purpose and a Specific Audience.
Small business websites that launch with only a handful of general pages rarely perform well in competitive local markets. Search engines respond to specificity. A single services page covering everything a business offers cannot realistically compete against a competitor who has a dedicated, well-optimized page for each individual service in each area they cover. This site was built with that in mind. Every page had a defined role: a specific service, a specific location, or a specific type of customer it was intended to reach.

The Result: A Growth Machine
Most businesses in this position spend their first year online with a basic five-page website and very little visibility. This one launched with the kind of digital foundation that typically takes years to build.
Local Search Coverage
Individual pages for every service, every material type, and all three target counties give the business specific, relevant coverage across the searches that bring in real customers.
Site-Wide Lead Gen
HubSpot CRM connected throughout the site means potential customers can make contact from any page, not just the contact page. Every visit has a clear path to an inquiry.
Solid Tech Foundation
Schema markup, sitemaps, canonical configuration, Core Web Vitals, Google Analytics, and Search Console all in place from launch, so the site was ready for search engines on day one.
Room to Grow
The site architecture supports future expansion. New service areas, additional materials, and seasonal content can all be added without disrupting what is already working.
