We Built Little Meeso's Baby Store Around a Parent's First Order

Little Meeso sells newborn clothes, gift boxes and baby essentials across Pakistan. They had a brand and stock, but no store. We planned, designed and built their WordPress and WooCommerce store: 12 page templates, 22 banners, a Cash on Delivery checkout and the SEO and speed setup, then handed it over so their own team can run it.

The Live Store Today Meeso, the Little Meeso tiger mascot

A Brand Ready to Sell, With Nowhere to Sell It

Little Meeso started because its founders struggled to find well made baby products when their own baby was born. They came to us with a name, a tiger called Meeso, a font sheet and a shelf of stock.

What they did not have was a store: somewhere a new parent would trust with a first order, that Google could read from day one, and that their own team could stock without a developer.

12 Pages in the Signed Brief

The agreement listed every template up front, all on WordPress as a fully SEO ready store, plus banner design. Product photos and uploads stayed with Little Meeso, so every template had to work for stock we had never seen.

Every Page We Built, Shown Through 1 Parent's First Order

We planned the store around the route a first order takes. At each stop: what a new parent needs at that moment, then exactly what we built for it.

A Home Page That Answers First

The parent arrives from a post or a search. Before scrolling, they know delivery is free over Rs. 3,000, what the store sells and where each collection lives.

  • Free Delivery BarAdded a sitewide bar that states the Rs. 3,000 free delivery line on every page.
  • Banner SliderBuilt an Elementor slider on a fixed 1200 by 600 canvas, so every banner crops the same on desktop and phone.
  • Shop by CollectionLinked image tiles straight into each WooCommerce category.
  • Most Loved GridSet up a product grid with price, wishlist, quick view and compare on every card.
  • Trust RowPlaced Free Shipping, Returns Policy, Online Support and Flexible Payment, each with its own icon.
  • Newsletter SignupPut Meeso the tiger beside the signup, asking for an email in exchange for deals and new arrivals.

Collections a Parent Can Shop by Need

Parents shop by moment, not by fabric: a hospital bag, a starter set, a gift. The catalogue is cut the same way, with a seasonal Winter Collection on top.

  • Collection StructureSet up the collection structure, with Winter Collection as a parent over rompers, pajamas, starter sets, swaddles, caps and gift boxes.
  • Archive TemplateBuilt 1 template for every category: breadcrumbs, a result count and the same card as the home page.
  • SortingTurned on sorting by popularity, rating, newness and price.
  • Stock and Sale LabelsStyled Out of Stock badges and struck sale prices, so nobody falls for an item that is gone.
  • Paged ArchivesSet 9 products per page to keep long collections quick to load on a phone.
  • Category ThumbnailsDesigned 10 square thumbnails on white, so every collection tile reads at a glance.
1 2

A Product Page With Nothing Left to Ask

What is in the set, which colours exist, when it arrives, what it costs to ship. All of it sits beside the photo, above the Add to Cart button.

  • Colour VariationsSet up variable products, so 1 listing carries every colour with its own stock.
  • Set ContentsLaid out the page so the list of pieces in each set sits beside the photo, above the price.
  • Delivery EstimateAdded up to 7 business days and the free shipping line right under the button.
  • Wishlist and CompareAdded ShopEngine wishlist and compare, for parents building a list before the due date.
  • Tabs and Related ProductsBuilt Description, Additional Information and Reviews tabs, then a related products slider.
  • Product SchemaSet Rank Math to output Product, Offer and BreadcrumbList data on every listing.
8

A Checkout That Fits How Pakistan Pays

Many shoppers in Pakistan only trust a new store with Cash on Delivery. The checkout leads with it, fills Pakistan as the country and lets the parent pick free or flat rate shipping.

  • CartBuilt the cart with an added item notice, coupon field and totals that work out shipping from the address.
  • Cash on DeliverySet Cash on Delivery as the main payment method, with a note that payment happens at the door.
  • Shipping ChoiceSet up free shipping and a flat rate side by side in the order summary.
  • Billing FormSet Pakistan as the default country, kept phone optional and added order notes for delivery instructions.
  • Account at CheckoutLet returning customers log in, and new ones create an account with 1 tick.
  • Terms CheckboxRequired the terms to be accepted before an order is placed, linked to the policy page.
3 2

Tracking Without a Phone Call

The worry after paying is where the parcel is. Track Your Order sits in the main menu, and a WhatsApp button follows the parent on every page.

  • Track Your OrderBuilt a tracking page where order ID and billing email return the live status, no login needed.
  • WhatsApp ChatAdded a floating chat button on every page for size, fabric and delivery questions.
  • Thank You PageStyled the order received page that closes every checkout.
  • My AccountSet up past orders, addresses and account details in 1 place for repeat buyers.
7

Policies Written for Parents

Before a second order comes trust. The policy pages say plainly what can come back, what cannot for hygiene reasons, and who the people behind the brand are.

  • Refund and ReturnsLaid out returns within 7 days, refund timing, damaged items and return shipping, each under its own heading.
  • Non Returnable ItemsListed undergarments, pacifiers and used items up front, so hygiene rules never surprise anyone.
  • Privacy PolicyIncluded a children's privacy section, which a baby brand needs more than most.
  • Terms and DisclaimerCovered orders, payments, delivery and liability, all linked from the footer.
  • About UsBuilt the founders' story, mission and team section in the same friendly style as Meeso.
  • Contact UsPut open hours, a message form and the newsletter signup on 1 page.

We Designed 22 Banners and 10 Thumbnails in 1 Look

Little Meeso sent raw photos of their stock. We cut each product out, set it on 1 soft colour and left space for a headline typed live in Elementor, so text can change for every sale without a new design. When new products arrived, we redid the hero banners around them.

Fresh Off the Line
1 Canvas SizeEvery hero and section banner is 1200 by 600, so the slider never jumps between slides.
Cut Out From Raw PhotosEach product lifted off its original background with remove.bg, then laid out in Canva on peach, mint, sky, lilac, pink or navy.
WebP EverywhereEvery banner and thumbnail exported as WebP to keep the home page light on mobile data.

The Tools We Used, and What Each One Did

A baby store is image heavy and mostly opened on phones, and it had to be run by a team that does not write code. So we kept the stack light and familiar, and gave every tool 1 clear job.
