The GoSmallBiz Website, Fully Redesigned
GoSmallBiz helps small businesses with incorporation, legal, tax, marketing and HR, all in 1 place. Through Upwork, they asked us for a full website redesign. We rebuilt every page in Beaver Builder, wrote the new copy, drew a full set of line illustrations, set up the phone view of each page, and handled the on page SEO, technical SEO, speed and tracking.

A Platform With a Lot to Explain
GoSmallBiz sells plans and single services that cover almost everything a new company needs, from forming an LLC to building a website.
That is a long list for a busy owner to read. The redesign had to make it feel simple and friendly, and lead each visitor to the right plan.

From Sketch to Site
The sections under the plans started as line sketches too. Scroll on: each sketch draws itself, then the real section we built wipes in over it.
Watch the PencilHow We Can Help You
Visitors who do not want a plan yet pick a path, then a single task to start with.
- Drew 3 path cards that grow with the business: a house for GO, an office for GUIDE, a tower for GROW
- Showed which path is open, so visitors always know where they are
- Set 4 quick task cards under the paths for owners who need just 1 thing done
- Wrote each task as a plain action: Create your new business entity, Build your business plan
We Know Small Business
A short proof section, so a first time visitor sees why so many owners trust GoSmallBiz.
- Opened with a play button and the heading We Know Small Business
- Wrote a 2 line intro about the owners they have worked with
- Set the company's own numbers in 3 cards, so trust is built at a glance
A Sketchbook of Line Drawings
We drew every illustration on the site in 1 thin line style: the street of shops, the clouds, a drawing for each plan and the buildings that guide visitors.

4 Plans, 1 Clear Choice
The plans are what GoSmallBiz sells, so they sit right under the hero, each with its price, who it is for and a short checklist. Pick a plan to see it.
Tap a PlanEvery Page, Redesigned
The home page set the style. We carried the same cards, drawings and plain words through every inner page of the site.
GoSmallBiz has since moved to a navy brand and new plans, so these pages are shown as they look on the live site today.
The Page Scrolls With You
Made for the Phone
Small business owners often check in from their phone. We set up the phone view of every page in Beaver Builder, section by section.
- The menu folds into a single button, with the logo kept large
- Headlines restack to fit, and buttons grow to an easy tap size
- The street drawing crops to the shops in the middle
- Plan cards stack in 1 column, in the same order as on desktop

The Tools in the Case
A small set of tools, so the GoSmallBiz team can keep editing every page after we handed it over.
Sharpened and ReadyFound, Fast and Measured
A redesign only pays off when people can find it, it opens fast and the team can see what visitors do. So every page we rebuilt also got the work underneath it.
